it been 6 months since me and my ex girl break up and i still cant get over her, there comes a time every day where i cant do anything but think about her it even get to the point where i started to cry, i even cry at nights untill i fall a sleep, what must i do its starting to drive me crazy i cant take it any more

All relationships have bad times. There were times when she said mean things to you or she did something mean to you. There were times when she hurt you. Focus on those negative things about her and you will find that you can channel that crying into anger. The relationship is over. She isn't coming back. I don't know how old you are. Sometimes when we have a first love it is almost impossible to think of the future without this person. You have to get out there and try to meet other girls....i have been in your shoes before, and yes it is hard but once i started getting out with my friends a month later I met the man I am married to today. go out to a bar, parties (christmas party) should be coming up, dude you have to have someone before NEWYEARS, a new female friend would like that to be with a guy on that day ...good luck.

You shouldn't think about her so much try to find someone else cause trust me there are alot of fish in the sea. She is not the only one out there. Be more active start doing things that make you happy and that will keep her off your mind. you'll eventually get over her.
