Why does my Southern Italian boyfriend look Iranian?
Is there any explanation?

No not at all. If i took someone from northern italy and told you they were from southern italy you wouldn't be able to tell the difference unless you spoke italian as northern italians have a different accent. Don't listen to the stereotype that southern italians have olive skin and dark brown hair as there are people of all different looks in southern italy and northern italy. I'd say most people have brown hair, brown eyes, and medium toned skin just like any other country in europe.

Iran and Italy aren't really that far apart. Maybe in some of his relatives he has Iranian blood. I don't think that's a bad thing. Why are you so worried about it? Would you not date him if he was Iranian. Lots of people look different. Not all Italians look the same.
