Rebuilding a stomach?

i have a project in biology to test the effect of coca cola ont he stomach of a human being. since we cant use a real human being, i have to rebuild the human stomach. i know i need enzymes and acid. but is there more is still need? any further tips or ideas?

The chemical effects of adding an acid to a base? would be really explosive and fun, but adding food sources to the mix would be really interesting. seeing what type of antacids work the best would be a wonderful experiment.
