There is something wrong with my left jaw. I didnt do any thing yesterday and when i try to eat there is a sharp pain in my jaw and it hurts soo bad i can hardly eat. I have a small bump behind my ear and i have no clue what is wrong for me. If any of u know hit me up

Try taking sudafed, I often have ear/jaw pain and it takes me a while to realize that my ears are congested and causing the pain.

I've suffered from the jaw pain about once a year, turned out nothing was wrong, I just couldn't eat right for about a month then it finally went away. BUT, since you have a bump there could be something else causing it, perhaps a cyst or inflammation. Set up an appointment w/ the doctor soon.

You may be getting an abcess or just some sort of minor inflammation. Anyway, take some aspiren to relief the pain. If still bothering you in a few day, better head to a dentist and let him take some xrays. Better safe than sorry!

Could be an inner ear infection,also called swimmer's ear.I had it before and it can get very painful!!!Go see a doctor.
