I want to be muscly, really muscly ,, bigger than a footballer but not a bodybuilder... i think they look disgusting... im 15 can i still lift weights and just eat a balanced diet not raw eggs and PROTEIN shakes... remember i wanna be quite big and im only 15... btw timbaland the singer who sings with justin timberlake is the size i wanna be look at him on google images

At 15 your body frame has probably not grown sufficiently to support big bulky muscles. So you could build impressive biceps but not a powerful looking back or chest yet. People's frames grow at different rates though so I can't say for sure.

Well the key to that is working out. Eating proteins and stuff. But you dont have to do sterroids or eat crap to do it. They just make it easier for you to bulk up. Avoid steroids at all costs they are very harmful and can cause male problems.

Working out is what makes muscles.

Actually protein shakes are great if you make them right.

Crushed Ice..Milk..Chocolate protein powder..bananas or any fruit you like. Blend in the blender. YUM

Eat meals, cut out junk food, eat meat vegetables and fruit. WORK OUT to make muscles.

Give it time kid, continue a good workout regime... keep eating well... your body will become more lean and powerful as you get older - time is of the essence ;)

as you mature, your body will grow stronger on it's own. Of course, working out and taking vitamins helps. But you don't need fancy excesses
