I need to transfer a pdf document with in graphics to word?

if all else fails and you want just the graphics from the PDF use "print screen" then paste it into a graphics program like irfanview (by far the easiest to use) and crop the image out and paste it in your doc.

if pdf has copy-enable attribute then it can easily transfer to word using copy paste, else you need a pdf converter,pdf writer, Open office etc.

You can try opening the file and using "save as" to save the file as a .doc file.
