How long is this going to last? It's been extremely itchy and enflamed and sore for the last three days. I've been trying to stay off my *** most of the time, but I need to sit down sometimes. I've been busy studying for final college exams and that is a major reason for me having to sit a lot lately, doing all that reading. I don't have a bath tub to take warm baths in at my dorm hall, so I can't do that.

Go to the doctors and ask for a cream, or if u r too Embarrassed to do this, check what creams are available without a prescrition n go and buy them from the pharmacy, or if worst comes to worst order them online(make sure u use a reliable web-site). Ordering online will take some time to deliver n it seems like u under pressure to get rid of them as quick as possible. So just go to the pharmacy...

Good luck in ur exams as well

Anusol is more expensive, but works much better than Preparation H. If you have a fridge in your dorm room, cool the Tucks pads and put a new one on every couple of hours.

They sell an inflatable ring you can sit on to help with the pain, if over the counter remedies dont work they can always be surgically removed. Painful

Well drink and eat more fiber to prevent. For the pain and discomfort use Tucks pads and it is safe to apply some vicks to your back region too!

Preperation H. Change your underwear at least twice a day (more if you sweat a lot or live somewhere humid).
