Do you think it's alot. IF you're the one doing it then all that really matters is if your like it. All I know is that is 2 of me and i can't even lift one of me so I think you're doing pretty good.

No you are weak. 300 is little girl level. If you get 310 then you will be at little boy level. 320 is Woman level. and 330 is man level. No seriously dude do you have to get other peoples opionion as to weather you are lifting a lot or not. Does it make you feel better if other people say you are lifting a lot. Or are you just trying to brag about the little 300 pounds you can bench?

Yes benching 300 is alot, I think so.

I remember deadlifting 300 at 15 that was a lot for a girl. It isdefinately a lot to bench press. your arms must be as big as my legs.

depends how much you weigh. If you weight 350 then that is nothing, but if you weight 200 then that is alot. You should at least be able to bench your weight + 50 lbs if you are considered strong on the bench in my opinion. Also bench is overrated, if you cant hold your own in other parts of the gym you are nothing, no matter how much you can bench.

sure. it's pretty good.
i was on the track team in hs and a friend of mine had just come back from a bench competition. we were lifting in the weightroom and he had missed 410. so, he got psyched up and pressed 410 with all of us cheering him on. it was pretty cool.

i'm going to have to myspace him and remind him of that!
thanks!

oh, but for 300.....yeah, 300 is pretty good, however, i don't recommend benching. you can build your chest and arms alot better and safer by isolating those muscle groups with cables and dumbells.

take care:)
