If it was the other way around and you were 21 and he was 26 then that would be an easy "everything thing is fine", but like the person before me, men do mature late and he can turn into a completely different person in the next couple of years. Just be careful.

That is a funny question because of the numbers. I just turned 21 and the woman I want to puruse is 26. Hopefully your not my lady, Jen. Anyway......
It really depends on who the guy is. Like I told you in my situation, I am a very mature 21 because of a couple of reasons. And that's what you have to base your decision on. I have done a lot of my partying and dating "randoms" already and I am just looking foward to something more stable and maybe lasting. It really depends on the guy there is nothing more to say. Does he seem mature, how much is he willing to do to be in a relationship with you. You really just have to ask yourself questions and go from there. Good luck to you. And whatever you choose, all 21 year olds are not "young, dumb and full of c um".

I don't think age really matters... its not something I really worry about. If you have true feelings for this person then age shouldn't matter. We don't know this guy so you have to decide is he mature enough to be in a serious relationship or not. Maybe you should give it a try see what you think about him.

Men at that age are usually not mature enough for any long term commitment. Another 5 or 6 years would make a huge difference!

I would say there are people who are really mature for their age, I think you could find out how mature that person is by observing the character.

Maybe, but most likely not.
Most women aren't ready to be in a real relationship at 21 (college age), let alone a guy.
This applies, ESPECIALLY, if he's in college.

Really depends on the person, but probably not at 21!! Doesn't mean you can't still go out and have fun!
