Well, I'm not sure I know what you're talking about, and I'm not too sure I understand from your sentence construction and grammar.
And no state within the United States has the right to unlimited Free Speech. A private enterprise, such as Yahoo is given the legal right to place guidelines on what could be said. It's the same reason no one has a legal right to come into your house and say whatever they want. Freedom of Speech is limited to the *goverment* trying to repress freedom of critical thought, not private enterprises.
I don't give thumb downs or report people for disagreeing with me. Although I'm Christian, I've given thumb ups to athiests who could present their ideas in a respectful manner, in a manner that showed they did the proper research, etc. I always give thumbs up to people that I may not even agree with, if they contribute to the spirit of this site. Ask honest, respectful, sincere questions, and give honest, respectful, sincere, and well researched answers with non-biased sources.
The only time I thumb down or even report is when people haven't done unbiased research (Anti-Catholic sites are obviously slanted, and no, I'm not a Catholic), or when they are extremely disrespectful in their speech to a person they may not agree with, and are obviously baiting and trolling. Heck, I report people that troll and bait people who are not even of my religious belief.

Man does not live by points alone. You need to get a better understanding of what freedom of speech really means. It does not mean that anything goes. You may with thoughtful, clear, concise words express your views. You may not break rules of a private enterprise, hurt or threaten others. If that is your intent find another venue and spew vileness all day long.

I lost ten points for condemning dogma in religion, for pointing out that atheist wasn't spelled athiest. The violation policy here is a joke so I just take it with a pinch of salt. I wonder what trivial absurdity I'll be violated for next? Probably for posting this.

I tried to send a "sorry" message, the first few violations, but puter just spit my apology back at me, stating, this is only a one way message! Its all part of the learning process I guess.

There is free speech, and there is free speech. I often say things that people do not like, but, I say it with ''I believe, or I think''. I do not try to say things with malice in mind-----but, some may take it that way.
