at 14 you need to be eating lots of fruits and veggies. But most important is calcium. Drink a glass of milk with each meal or take a calcium suppliment. Instead of soft drinks drink water.

Try to include the food pyramids scheme into your diet. I am sure you know what that is, but if not check it out on the web.

You need to eat 3 balanced meals, that includes breakfast. If you haven't been eating breakfast, you need to start, even if it means getting up a little bit earlier. And you don't have to eat "breakfat foods". You can have a bowl of soup or some pizza or anything that will get some energy in your body. Avoid cafffeine in the morning as much as your possibly can.Make sure every meal has protein, carbohydrates, and fats to nourish your body and your brain. You brain needs fat and calories to function so you need to make sure that you have fat in your foods to, but it can be healthy fat. Like the fat in beef or chicken that naturally occurs. For dinner, eat with your family and try to avoid eating out. Make sure that you have a meal that emcompasses all 5 food groups. Have a salad with your steak and a slice of bread and a glass of milk. The best way to eat healothy is to make sure that you are eating things that you like to eat and things that make your body feel good. And don't feel like your can't have sweets and chips an dthings like that, you just need to have those foods in moderation and use self-discipline in your eating habits.
