In Chicago there is a really fun restraunt called Ed Debevics. Haha or Chilli's has some fun bar treats on 21st birthdays.

Dave 'n Buster's is a great idea (see above person) BUT if any of your friends are UNDER 21 they will have to leave at 10 PM unless you have 1 over 25 person per 2 friends. What about Speed Zone near Carrollton on I-35? You and your friends could do the free fall dealie or the bungee jump! Now THAT'S a way to remember your birthday! :)
