Paris is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. It has the Eifeltower and above all, it has plenty of monuments. On the other hand, Rome has them too, but I don't know if you know some Italian people, they are really very noisy. Even Caesar wrote it, Rome is one of the most noisy cities in the world. And that is not very romantic. I hope I helped you, but both cities are in general, very beautiful and romantic.

Forget Paris and Rome, they are second class cities, in summer Florence is the place to visit and winter nothing can touch Aspen, Colorado, both of course only if you`re with a loving partner.

San Francisco has the most restaurants of any city in the world - try some of the Italian Quarter restaurants or try one of the restaurants with a view of Alcatraz with the sun going down at Pier 39.
In Europe it is hard to beat Barcelona with their evenings of music, water fountains and lights as well as a stroll down Los Ramblas.

I would think of some indian cities too. For me personally, a dinner out on a safari in Kenya would be the most romantic spot!

I don't know why everybody thinks of Europe right away, what about Sao Paulo in Brazil, it's a city of 20 million people, beautiful people, lots of skyscrapers..☺
