Drink whatever alcohol in eggnog that you like!

Rum, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Brandy, Southern Comfort...

Eggnog can be made with almost any whiskey, but brandy and rum are the most traditional. The answer to your questions, though, is that if you like Southern Comfort, you'll like it in eggnog.

Don't listen to the liquor store attendents, their not ! As long as you put a bunch of nutmeg, it will be fine.Southern Comfort Egg Nog.You will find that Southern Comfort Egg Nog is great but listed below is a few comments from thingsIhate.org

Appearance: Light yellow-brown with visible spice flecks. Neighbor Hilary, passing by, thought it looked gross - watch out for that if you're serving guests.

Taste: Very smooth and mild. The overwhelming taste was of cream, with a slight nutty taste becoming apparent later. Really, incredibly mild. Really. It's the Fred Rogers of egg nog.

Texture: Like drinking latex house paint. Very smooth, but perhaps a tiny bit disturbing to some. If you listen, you can hear your heart seize up.

Comments: Manufactured by the Eskimo Pie Corp (!). Real ingredients; milk, cream, eggs. Cream is high up there. Ultra-pasteurized. If I were trying to convert someone who didn't like egg nog, I'd give them this. It's really incredibly mild. Probably best when mixed with Southern Comfort, or for making a Mickey Finn.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU5kS

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
