a bit like the basis for most situation comedies- a huge misunderstanding and the follies of the poor saps caught in the drama

i don't mean to direspect anyone and their religion, but i am making light of the root cause of seperation, war and killings in God's name. pointing out the silliness of our human egos, and trying to see it from a higher perspective- to see that life really is a play- an act- and that all the drama really doesn't matter from the higher place of Oneness

A bit, except it's not as funny because the consequences are so dire. We have to share this planet, and through technology it's getting smaller by the minute. We can't afford religious prejudice any more than we can afford racial or gender prejudice.

Well, no, because the people who try to force their religion on others are actually harming people.

Females can't be immunized from a virus that causes cervical cancer, women can't use Morning After birth control, scientists can't do research to cure and manage diseases, people are not allowed to marry the people they love -- just to name a few.

Only if it were actually funny. That's the sort of attitude that causes certain people of a certain persuasion to go flying jet airplanes into skyscrapers.

I am kind of confused on the bases of your question, and where are we going with the comedies thing?

Listen attentively and you'll hear who are the people that really claim that their religion is the true one and are willing to kill for it. I'll give you a clue, their women wear burgas.

God has never named his favorite or true religion. It's the religions who do it and they always pick themselves.
