You cannot just lose weight from one area of your body. It's impossible. No, apple pectin tablets do not work. The only way to lose weight is to eat fewer calories than you burn. So eat less, eat healthier and exercise.
Everyone thinks that there is some magic pill or solution. There isn't one. Don't you think if something like APPLE PECTIN tablets worked that it would be BIG news? There would be no obese people, would there?

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

Exercise and work out your whole body.
Choose your favorite type of workout and burn those cals! Spot training DOES NOT work so don't think that lots of situps and crunches will do good. Pilates is a good gentle workout.
Include cardio and strength training to tone up muscles and lose the fat. Head to the gym immediately and put down the pills. Ultimately, pills don't really help much unless they're vitamins.. (either way, do not overdose)

There is no such thing as spot reduction of fat. You lose it wherever your body wants to.
The only way to spot treat is liposuction
so the easiest way? liposuction or surgery.
the pills never work and they are a waste of time and money and may risk your health
start walking daily, eat better and count calories.
