I am 5'2" tall. I have lost 40lbs, but I am unable to flatten my ABS. I am no longer overweight, yet I have this little pouch that is so resistent to all the sit ups, crunchs, the ball, kickboxing, etc.
Please advise

Welcome to the club! Some people just aren't able to lose it. If you're doctor approves it, try a strenuous aerobic exercise followed by lots of ab exercises (if you're not doing so already). You might have to hire a personal trainer. If you don't have money for that, try to find a mother that has flat abs and ask her what she did to lose her tummy after the baby, if she has great abs after having a child she should be able to point you in the right direction for losing your pouch because she knows how to isolated the right muscles.
