It will happen if you make it happen. You need to make sure you socialize and get out into the world and meet different people. Always remember with falling in love there comes the risk of having your heart broken. It is still worth it because there is nothing like it. Remember too that love comes in all kinds of shapes and forms. There are different kinds of love as well. There is someone out there for everyone and it will happen for you just give it time. Good luck!

Leslie-----What is the big push here?? Why are you not just going out and seeing the world having the freedom of youth and getting your ducks in a row?? Of COURSE you will fall in love--but think of what that is--a lifetime commitment --get the education and career of your choice--find the location that you want to live in --a home that makes you feel great --the car of your dreams --THEN that special someone that shares in the same interest you do so that for the next forever years you will never run out of something to talk about--you will always have a spark in your eye for him and visa versa--

I am twice as old as you are and have never been married, although I have loved and been loved. I had a neighbor that got married for the first and only time when she was in her 80s. If it's meant to happen, it will. You don't need the love of a man, even though you might want it. Get a pet, enjoy your friends and family, feel your own self worth. Relax!

I've been in love only once. It was great. I married her. It was the best feeling in the world and I've tried everything. It's true that it is so blinding and consuming. Your time will come. There are lots of nice guys out there. If you really want love, don't look for it from the jerk whose got game and says whatever he can to get what he wants, then splits. Look for it in the nice guy that's not out there playing the game. Trust me, there are a lot of guys out there thinking the same thing as you, wishing you would come into their life.

Consider yourself fortunate that you are young and single. While love can be the best feeling on earth, nine times out of ten there is alot of pain that goes with it.
But rest assured you will find it eventually, there is someone out there for everyone. I know you are probably rolling your eyes right now at this old cliche, but it really is true. I never believed it when people told me that either...until it happened.

As long as you are still breathing you can't say "never ".
Love can't be shopped for , or "found ". It will happen when you least expect it . You need to give it to get it . In the meantime -live !
