or any ultra healthy dish similar to that, for lunch, etc.., I find myself amazingly tired and still a little hungry afterwards. I know leafy greens are what I should consume more of, but I'm not crazy about feeling groggy. Is there something I can take in after I eat a healthy dish to keep me awake and also feel full?

Try including some boiled new potatoes in with the salad to 'beef it up' in a healthy way and maybe a boiled egg as well...seriously, it helps bulk it out and the potatoes will provide plenty of Vit C

My dietitian told me to be sure to have some kind of protein with each meal. It can be lean protein (like fish, chicken or tofu) but it really does make a difference in helping make me feel full. You could also try to each smaller meals more frequently throughout the day. Try 6 small meals instead of 3 regular sized meals.

lots of water and some source of a complex carb will help, and a protein as well, cheese, sunflower seeds, fruits, eggs, peas, broccoli, any of these in moderation is just as healthy if not more because it's a more complete meal..

It sounds like you need to add some lean protein like chicken breast, tuna, or tofu to your salad. That should keep you feeling satisfied till it is snack time or dinner.
