Wow, yes! A glass or two is ok, but a whole bottle A DAY is a little too much. Red wine is good for the heart... IN MODERATION. You should try to keep all things in moderation, especially alcohol consumption. If it's hard for you to cut back on a bottle a day, you might have a serious problem, such as an alcoholic. Sorry to burst your bubble, but please seek help for the sake of your health.

How much is in the bottle? If it's a quart, it's way too much. If it's a half cupful (four ounces), then that's probably okay. Very recent research has shown that red wine is not the magic bullet for preventing heart attack after all - so moderation is the key.

It's pushing it ... try half a bottle, spend a little more to get a better wine, and enjoy slowly.
Chances are at the moment that you're asking rather too much of your body and spoiling your taste/appreciation of good wine at the same time. Make it little and lovely instead.

For me, yes.
I drink 1 bottle of white per day. Columbia Crest Grand Estates Chardonnay, to be specific.
You're an alcoholic when you finish the bottle, and you drive to the market to get a few more.

think of it this way: red wine has about 16-18 av (alcohol by vollume) and vodka or your hard liquors have 40 av. if you consume a bottle a day and to give you the bennefit of dout, lets say 750ml, you are drinking more than a third litter of liquor. now that sounds like alot to me.

Yes, one glass a day is good, maybe two, but more isn't better. A little bit is good for your heart, but a whole bottle a day would do serious harm to your liver.

To drink by yourself? ummm YEA....that much red wine actually hurts your heart instead of helping it......a little wine is great on your heart but too much wine is actually one of the worst kinds of alcohol for heart.....it is very hard on it if too much is ingested.

For a small child - probably.
For you and me - not at all - it helps to keep the blood thin!
....actually, every day -yes it's too much, sorry!
