Given the measurements you provided, you BMI (body mass index) is 32, which puts you in the obese category, IF YOU WERE AN ADULT. I think there are a few good suggestions and some rather unfriendly ones posted here already. But I will still a few of my own.
In your case I suspect a large part of your problems is food choice rather that exercise. I would recommend
1) Cut out all junk food, including chips, candy, cookies, sugary drinks (sodas and juice), french fries, pizza etc.
2) Limit yourself to one fast food meal a week, and avoid fries.
3) Make sure you are eating at least 5 large servings of fruits and vegetables a day. Make sure most of your vegetables are not starchy ones like beans, but rather broccoli, cauliflower, spinach etc. A large serving means is covers 1/2 you plate. Limit other foods to the other 1/2.
4) Limit yourself to one sweet dessert a week, one ice cream, one piece of cake, one piece of pie etc.
5) Keep healthy snacks available for yourself like apple slices, carrot sticks, celery stick, dried fruit etc. Make sure these are at least as easy to get to as junk food.
6) Keep up the physical activity.
7) Remember we are all God's children, and God doesn't make any junk!

If you are physically active you have probably developed muscle. Muscle tissue is heavier than fat tissue so you can look one weight but actually be another. What are your eating habits like. If they are sporadic or contain a lot of junk food, perhaps you should change those habits. Talk to your Dr. about a diet that is safe for you. No pills, no fad diets. Moderation is the key.

first i want to ask you do you feel fat. do you think you are beautiful because you are. if you think you are big i will give you one word of advice. water drink alot of water if you are an athlete then your body burns alot of calories in which case when your body eats it hold on to the fat to burn off of while working out. try eating 5 small meals and drinking one glass of water before and one after a meal. good luck honey you are to young to be worried about these things and also if people are making fun of you at school remember the same people that are making fun will be three times your size with five kids living in a trailer park while you are at harvard dont get your hopes down let school be the best experience you only have it once and you need to be happy with yourself no one will love you if you dont love you

What does your Diet look like?
Soda is probly the #1 worst drink you can have.
Also Fast Food is the norm in this country, try asking your parents to help you plan a more health meal.

you weigh that much because you probable eat the wrong foods or too much. Cut out all starch and sugars and you should loose weight.

Ok it's all about what you eat and how you eat. You have to leave all the fried and sweets alone , no pasta and no starch. Try to change how you eat and remember breakfast is always first.
