My friend & her boyfriend both awoke at the same time last night. Her boyfriend said he was awakened after supposedly hearing his father call his name. When he looked up he saw his father hanging in the corner of the room. My friend, who woke for an unknown reason but at the same time, also saw the same vision of the father hanging in the corner. They shared with eachother what they had just seen but were unable to understand why they had seen it. The father is still very much alive and well. If you have any idea or reason as to why this occured, please share. Thank you.

Perhaps this was a premonition, or a heck of a mean trick pulled off by some stinking demon. I take it they will stay together for a long time, your friends. Most people are not as close as this to share a vision.

Sounds like a "Waking Dream" which is nothing more than a dreamstate induced image being viewed through the eyes of the concious mind. However, there is something to be said for two people viewing the same apparition. While scientifically uncertain, the explanation would be the energy field that is generated by the man's thoughts becoming excentuated and extending into the woman's electric field allowing her to see the same thing he did. This is based on every individual having an electro-magnetic field around them that can be influenced by other electro-magnetic fields. (the basis for the belief in things such as ESP, telekenisis, etc.)

If your Father is still live, Then it could be a vision, To let you 2 to know watch out somewhere danger is on the way. Now since I have said this, I don't want you to go around all day & worry about it.

Yeah. They're pulling your chain. They both woke up in the night, which is fine, but I highly doubt it was at *the exact same moment* - it might've been within a few minutes of each other, which isn't all that crazy.
Father hanging in the corner = coat on a hook in the corner? That could be anything. Besides, if it's dark in their room, how do they see *anything* in the corner?

maybee they both had the same feeling at the same time. i know two people that love each other very much and they sometimes dream the same tings and say the same things at the same time. i know it sounds cheasy but they could be soul mates.
as for the dad hanging in the corner....well maybe he is going to hang himself somtime or is going to get hanged...who knows.
i hope not.

I know this is hard to believe but I firmly believe what happened was a coincidence. Just forget about what happened and move on.
