or are you supposed to serve people. love the unlovable, let a weaker christian tell you what you should be doing with the God, when he is just telling you to make himself feel better at the expense of you? do you just take it all, and refill up with JESUS?

Grace covers a lot. Be sweet and kind. Put pride behind.

Paul actually wrote about sticking to what you "figure out" without trying to force others to accept it. I don't think that means we shouldn't share our insights, but we should surely not force others to fall in line. Of course, not everyone values what Paul said as much as what Jesus said.

I think, if you've read the Red Words in the Bible, it probably shouldn't matter what other Christians are telling you to do. The Red Words tell you what to do. Jesus set the example and gave us the instructions. We should be open to new ideas, but we should also be willing to ask whether or not these new (or maybe old) ideas are in line with what Jesus would do.

Of course, these are just my opinons.

You should be listening to the Holy Spirit when ministering to people. Praying for wisdom. He will direct us and the bible gives clear boundaries for how we are to be. We are in the world but not of the world. We need to be good examples of how to live and not just use mere words. We also need to be in touch with Gods love for others as we minister. Let the Holy Spirit lead you but you can be selective. Even Jesus was selective with who he ministered to. God will direct you.

Let's get back to our perspective.

Love those who needs them. If there is a need, then by all means extend our helping hands with love.

Where does the need come from, from there you can prioritize. For example, if they need food and you have only 1 meal with you. Can you afford to share that 1 meal? Half each?

Can you afford to sacrifice it all?

If you can, by all means give.
