WIthin the past year I have started to develop small patches of bumps on my cheeks. They come and go. They often itch. I have tried switching faces washes, switching makeup and ive even tried to stop washing my faces. The bumps arent noticeable... just a little itchy at times.

You probably just have a rash, caused from dry skin, put oil-free lotion on the trouble spots before you go to bed, and in the morning when you wake up. If it doesn't go away I suggest visiting your local doctor about it.

u problaly have the hives or chitoas-chicken pox of the face
go to wallgreens or cvs and get topical lotion
If it doesnt go away then call your doctor

since youre saying they come and go they must be some kind of allergic reaction. theirs probaly something youre always around that you just don't know youre allergic to. Hope this helps!!!!
