My favourite book on this subject is Ephesians. There is a lot of information there about getting along with others.
Eph 4:32 Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.

The Bible is replete with such teachings: everything from returning lost objects to conducting business honestly to setting aside portions from the poor, and many more, teach us how to behave with one another.

John 13:34

A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.

Romans 13:8

Everywhere. I can't quote scripture, but the way God wants us to treat our fellow man is just about everywhere in the Bible.
