Good luck finding any.

Most places here are income restricted (1 person makes no MORE than $35,000/yr establishments) or very very high ($1000+ for a 740 sq ft one bedroom apartment).

The further from DC and Baltimore you are the cheaper it is, but the longer you have to commute to DC if you work there and the more you'll have to deal with idiot drivers.

There's a bunch of it if you qualify for TAP or Section 8 but if you don't qualify, you are going to have a hard time finding affordable housing.
