Prime rib or a pork crown roast, OR herbed baked cornish hens, au gratin potatoes, broccoli, rolls, baked or mashed yams, scalloped apples, and assorted desserts. Hope this helps.

I always like a Prime Rib. It's pretty easy and taste great - also really good as a left over. For something a little different maybe a duck with some sort of orange glaze/sauce.

At my house, it's always fresh ham and 3-day lasagna *so named because it's completely homemade and takes three days to do. Day one: make the noodles. Day 2: make the sauce and meats-meatballs and sausage, Day 3: Put that bad boy together!
