All these children born to illegal aliens who are considered citizens are fruits of the poisonous tree and they born here for fraudulent purposes. They have vowed to vote the conscience and will of their illegal alien parents and therefore are carrying out the LaRaza, Aztlan doctrines of taking over the U.S.A. Why shouldn't we revoke the citizenship of illegal aliens' children and then deport them all?

Illegal contracts are not enforceable. Also, children are punished for the actions of their parents every day. Lawbreakers go to jail and their children lose support because a parent broke the law. They are taken from homes, they are denied benefits, etc. When illegal aliens have babies in the USA for the purpose of anchoring the illegal alien lawbreakers to the USA, then they are literally abusing that child and endangering that child's well-being. The purpose of revoking citizenship to the child of an illegal alien parent would be family unification in the country where the parents are legal residents and citizens. I can't think of a better and more fair, reasonable method of family unification than revoking citizenship to an under age 18 child born to an illegal alien lawbreaker who is and should be deported to his country of origin. Don't shoot the messenger. The problem needs a proper, legal solution without giving amnesty to illegal aliens or sanctuary to their illegal act

Why are we granting them citizenship in the first place??

The day they get out of the hospital, we should send mother and child back to Mexico. Let's see her try to jump the wall with a baby in her hands.

Our customs and legal traditions don't allow for punishing the children for the sins of the parents. What you are advocating is just that. What would you want to do next, deport the children to a home they have never been to? What would be the cut off age, could someone in their 50's have their citizenship revoked? And there is the issue of the children of those children. If the parent has their citizenship revoked retroactively then what claim does their children have to citizenship?

UPDATE - What contract? You're talking about passing a law that would retroactively turn millions of American citizens into illegal aliens. Beyond there being no legal president for something like that domestically it probably violates international treaties. It's also flat out inhumane.

Its funny how you try to isolate that issue. When it comes children and people born to US born Citizen, then Constitution works, what you have forgotten is that is the Constitution that makes anyone born on US soil a US citizen.?

Government cannot just get up and revoke someones citizenship. Check your facts

Yes as well as Illegal immigrant supporters. They are truly betraying America. There will be a lot to answer for when something terrible happens to America because of the open border.

All of America is filled with children of immigrants - they'd have to make everyone leave. You should put more thought into your question. You are here because your ancestors were immigrants.
