Last 2 weeks me and this girl i work with have been getting on pretty well. And around work people are always making boyfriend/girlfriend comments about us or stuff, and we both dont mind, well she doesnt seem to.

Thing is we had a work party and the boss well our supervisor (only 5 years older) was all over her and was trying to get her drunk, and she just said that she was my girl, when other ladies commented on it (i dunno if she was joking or just saying cos of situation, or if she meant it a little)

Now where i work we work in areas, and im trying to work with her, and everytime i try i get moved or warned if we talk. Sometimes if we are not talking at all ill get moved. Even when whole team is working in 1 area, ill be put seperate.

Now i know he is interested in her and i reacon he is doing what he can to stop us talking.

I know 100% she aint interesed in him, and in fact its making a kinda thrill whenever we talk to each other.

Well if you think it is sort of thrilling...thats good...and you know that she isn't interested in him. There is always people in power that is over us...cops, lawyers, doctors, bosses...etc. If a person lets power, over take them, then their not worth having around. The boss might be able to separate you for 8 hrs, but at least you can have the remaining 16 hrs to be with her.

well if you both don't want to suffer from a few "lost hours" on your paychecks, I'd suggest that you try to avoid eachother as much as you can during work and get together after work. At least you'll have the satisfaction of getting one over on your boss.

well if you know 100% that she is not interested, then what is the problem..... Talk to her about it, dont even worry about him! he sounds like a dick! Go ahead and ask her out! that solves all problems!

I would look into filing a complaint with his supervisor, you will have a better chance if she files a sexual harassment complaint about him

Just go up and ask her out. She was smart to say she was your girl. She trust's you. Go for it! Your boss can't do anything about it! hahaha!!
