Eye contact is always a sign of interest. It is okay to be shy. Make small talk with her and let it go from there. You may start off with a simple hello when you see her next time in church.

Just wait patiently, try and build a casual conversation with her first. Find out who she is, what she's into, school, family etc....
Try and get her to come out with you and some other people after church for lunch.
