Need ideas on what to bring the foster parents as a thank you for caring for our little girl.

Maybe take a photo of all of you while youre there, and leave them a framed copy. Theres few things more important to a foster family than knowing the child they fell in love with has a loving family, and that that loving family included them in the process.
Also, money says a lot, then they can buy things they need.
Personally, as someone who travels to mexico... real chocolate is IMPOSSIBLE to get in south america. I know they like their cocoa bitter and all.. but YEESH, their chocolate is revlting. Take some hershey bars and some dry ice... lol.

maybe the promise that you will keep them up on the life of her. Promise to send them updates. I think that would be very sweet
