Where is the most cheapest place to get a shetland ?

From a crappy backyard breeder.

A better place would be from a sheltie rescue.

If you want something decent go to a reputable breeder and be prepared to pay what a good dog is worth.

If you find a good reputable breeder they sometimes run specials on Shetlands that they can not place right away.

Since there are so many puppy farms out there, visit the place where you are going to get the puppy from and meet the puppies Mom and Dad.

Truely in the end you will get what you paid for.

Good luck from a Sheltie lover!

A shelter or rescue. If youre that concerned about money you need to look a little harder into shelties possible medical problems. We always had them growing up and they are prone to skin and ear problems. They are also a very high strung dog and demand alot of your time. They dont like to be left alone and are bored easily. They are working dogs, they like to be busy.

Shetland Sheepdogs are very expensive if you want papers. I'd go to either an animal shelter or Craig's List--- www.craigslist.com
