Is it possible to sneeze with your eyes open?

I say no.
The sneeze is a violent reflex and contraction of the body which propels air out of the lungs and through the nasal passageways at over 400 miles an hour. Sneezing is the body's way of flushing and clearing out the breathing spaces in the head.
The eye closure is primarily a reflex protective mechanism to keep the forces generated by sneezing from damaging the delicate intraorbital structures of the eyeball.

Another true fact is that a sneeze is the closest thing to an orgasm. Look it up it will make you laugh!

Personnaly, I can't.
But the only way to prove you can it's by using an high-speed camera (i.e. 800 fps an over), or other objective measure like this, to see if the eyes close or not during the sneeze.
It's a very very strong reflex. Maybe some neuro impaired or someone with neuro particularities can, but I think generally we can't open our eyes during sneezing.

Why, I've never thought about it. The next tiem I sneeze I will try it with my eyes open.

Not that I'm aware. Everytime I've sneezed, my eyes have reflexively closed.

i don't think so, my sister said that if u do it ur eyes will pop out of ur head. if u hold in a sneeze u will pop a vein in the back of ur head and die. interesting fact i learned from my friend when i had allergies this summer! lol!

yes, but it is usually painful because you feel as if your eyes are going to fly right out of the sockets
