About as weird as having to buy gifts for a bunch of nieces and nephews you not only do not know, but to find out yesterday that it includes a niece who just turned a year old that no one bothered to tell you about until yesterday? Yes, I come from a dysfunctional family, too....

It's not really a good idea at all if you ask me. If you are invited to his house for the holidays then by all means buy a host/hostess gift for his parents though.

Ask you boyfriend what is aceptable. For me, I stopped buying everyone presents along time ago. You could buy the parents something and give the others some cookies.

Now if BF want you to help him shop for them help him. the men in my life are needing all the help they can get with gifts.
