Manhattan has so many zip codes, one every few blocks. Downtown, for instance, includes 10004, 10005, 10006, 10007, 10038, 10280. You'll need a specific address to get the right zip code. Try the USPS website at www.usps.gov

There are a lot of zip codes for Manhattan. We can't help you without a specific address or area. All Manhattan zip codes start with 100 - so, Greenwich Village is 10014, East Village is 10003, the area near the main post office at 34th and Eighth is 10001, midtown 10017, upper west side 10024 - this is very incomplete and many neighborhoods have more than one zip code. The numbers don't seem to have been assigned in any particular order.
