I think we all have. The most important thing to remember is one day you will wake up and the pain will be gone. Until then keep yourself busy. Spend time with friends and family you may have ignored a little, while you were with him. Try something new, a hobby or a class you've always wanted to take. most importantly get back out there and have some fun. No guy is worth sitting around feeling sorry for yourself. No girl is worth it either.

Absolutely I have felt the same way. After some time I try to see the epxerience as something that needed to happen to me so I would learn a lesson. Even though you may not feel that way now, its better to learn from this because in my experience brooding about it for a long period of time is just a waste of energy on someone isn't really worth my time.

YUP was very tough and lasted 3 years but then, life has its own way of healing wounds coz with passing years u learn that u aching ur heart for some asshole who does not value u was not worth ur time and effort. Instead if u invest ur time and effort in doing things to better your life, it will be worth it and u will love the sense of achivement

i am suffering from heartache right now .
everyone is different and so is there situations.
if you know it is over let go move on .
get out by yourself or with your friends and let your hair down,keep your mouth closed about anything that has to do with this.
only cry at home get a good one and trt fresh don't be so quick to give yourself mind, body or soul to anyone

yes ,I was in such a heartache and I suffered for more than a year ......it's sad and really a waste of time but I think it happened to almost all the people ..
