No it is a fallacy. It is what is commonly known as a womans weapon when a man upsets them.
Here is the truth about the size matters debate....
Men are notoriously insecure (and I'm a man) and woman attack the size because they know that stings men. This idea that women think the bigger the better is nonsense, bigger hurts (according to the women I've been with). Here is my take on this, getting any job done requires two things, the right tool and the correct use of that tool. By nature you have the right tool, so you really only need to know what to do with it!
The fact is, most women do not have orgasms from penetration. It is VERY rare if they do, so no matter how big or small it is, it won't do the job!
Men need to stop being so insecure and learn the skills to get the job done. Women need to stop the 'attack of the penis' and be honest! As a man who is not BIG with a friend who is VERY BIG, I have a lot less complaints than he does. He really struggles because women are like THAT IS NOT GOING NEAR ME!
Come on girls, be honest.

if it matters on not? it depends on the girl and the type of the relationship:
-if you wanna have an one night stand, then i think yes it does matter, cause the major reason for a girl to have one night stand is to experience good sex (and there is the sterotype that small penis=not very good sex)
-if you wanna have a girlfriend, then its different. cause size will not matter, not because she will love you and she will have to forget about the size, but simply because with smaller penis you need to spend more time finding out whats the best way for you and your girl to reach pleasure (its already hard to give pleasure even if you have a 30' penis!!)so i dont think the size matters when youre in a relationship cause you have all the time to experience things and find the best way that satisfies both
-if the girl was raised thinkin that the size does matter, which i think its a sterotype, then yes things will be bit more harder for a :small-penis" person to conveince her its worth to give it a try being with him...
-if the girl is ok with the idea that either small, tiny, big or huge penis does not matter then things are simply..ok
what matters is the way a guy work things out, the movements, the rythm and even the feelings two people share while having sex..not just the size. all these together is what matters..i think

Yes- I'm sorry to say size does matter, but size is not everything. It does no good to be well endowed or hung like a horse and not know what to do when it comes to the act or foreplay.

the size of what? I love a big handbag, but feel great when I can fit in to tiny clothes...
if you're talking manhood then within a margin of normality size variations dont make a difference, but if we're talking seriously small or massively huge then yes, of course it matters. Anyone who says it doesnt is a liar... seriously

Maybe, but maybe it matters more to the male of the species who's gotta make it big in this world somewhere!
From what I read, to some it matters, to some it doesn't
matter whether you are short or tall.

NO...the size has absolutely nothing to do with it...
You need to understand that the female genital is an elastic so it adjusts to the size of the man regardless of anything...so size does not matter

As long as it's big enough to tell that it's in there.
But.... there is nothing worse than a pencil dick.
If you are not the biggest man on campus, then learn a few moves that hit the right spots.
Learn latin dancing. Anything with hip swivelling. And incorporate that into your love making moves. The girls will love it.

It really depends on the women. Some women say yes, and some women say no. If your not up to snuff then you need to bring something else to the table. Work on other things. Overall I would think no, its not a big deal. But you must be confident that is a deal breaker.
