ONLY serious answers please!! Im not too heavy im about 5'4 & 150lbs. I eat a lot. No I dont have strong will. Please give a good product to try to stop me from eating. I wish I could eat a Salad and be full. Im not trying to starv myself I love food too much. But I need to eat smaller portions and need a little help. I dont want anyting that will make me full like im on crack.

I have the same issue too. However, though I don't know about any dieting pills, I can give you these suggestions.
1 - if you live by yourself or buy food for your family - don't buy snacky food. if you hurry by the pretzels and chips in the grocery store, they aren't at home for you to eat.
2 - find someone to keep you accountable. the best would be someone who lives with you, because if they see you eating, they can ask you if you're hungry and need to eat what you're eating.
3 - remember - your favorite food will still exist on earth tomorrow. just because someone made it today doesn't mean you need to eat as much as you can bear.
4 - this is hard - but try to eat slowly and take really small bites. it helps if you eat with someone and you can talk to them.
5 - instead of sitting around the house and snacking, do something that will get you away from the food. take a walk outside. you don't have to majorly excersize, but if you get outside and move a bit you will be away from food and burning calories.
6 - when you do eat, try to eat low fat and other healthy stuff like whole grains. then you have to worry less about eating way too much of an unhealthy thing.
7 - if you eat with family, serve yourself last. serve them all and let them start eating, and then eat yourself. that way they will all be done before you and the food will be put away faster. also - whenever everyone is done with something - put it away. if it just sits out, you will be more likely to eat it.
8 - do eat when you're hungry! don't starve yourself one day and completely pig out the next. but, when you are hungry, get a piece of fruit, and then get away from the food before you eat more.
9 - I find that you eat a lot less if you drink a big glass of water before a meal, about ten mintues before. it to fill up your tummy. and yes - i get dehydrated when i overeat, so drink lots. also count to ten when you want a certain unhealthy food and then ask yourself if you still want it.
10 - http://www.ediets.com is a good place to start. you can create a completely free profile, and then go to I think the diet/nutrition spot. there you can use the nutrition tracker. it's a program where you register everything you ate for a day. it's a great way to keep accountable and keep track. and if you really like ediets, you can pay to use all their other services.
sorry, I don't of any pills, but this is what I have for a start. -
-oh - if for the holidays you get a bunch of yummy food, like fudge, take it to a gathering a friends. then you can all eat one piece instead of you eating all of it yourself or something.

Everyone, I think, struggles with eating too much. When I get hungry, there's no stopping me, no willpower, no nothing. I just need food. Just a suggestion to you that might help.... I do this all the time, and find it helps me from overeating. I get a cup of water, heat it in the microwave for about a min and sip on it. Even when you are out, try asking for hot water in a cup rather than coffee, etc.. I find that if I am not getting enough water in my system, I overeat. You should try it. Doing something natural is the best, and healthiest way. Good Luck!

Dietary supplements are cheating if you ask me... um.. just eat 3 healthy meals a day, and don't over indulge on any kind of meat, add a variety of fruits, and more vegetables into your diet instead of eating junk food... Drink plenty of water and make sure you get enough fiber and Vitamin B12 so that your nervous system can function properly.

You don't want to just rely on supplements and no food.. That will damage your health if you do that because of side effects.

Hoodia is an herb suppliment that appears to do as you requested but May I suggest that you start asking yourself what is going on in your mind subconciously that has you believing you need to eat so much. I know a technic called Theta Healing which efficiently finds and removes the beliefs that we hold which are inconsistant with our personal truth. I would suggest taking actions along these lines before messing with your body chemistry.

I know it's hard but as a fellow Latina we're used to eating good.What you should try is drinking 2 glasses of water before or while your eating so that you'll get fuller faster .Since your stomach will be full with water you'll eat less.Like when it's late at night and I get hungry I drink a glass of water to fill myself and go to bed,That would hold of over until morning.It's hard to do I can't say I do it all the time but I do try.

Slim Fast shakes?? Either that or duct tape your arms to your body so you cant pick up the food and put it in your mouth!
