I went on a first date with a girl on the 18th November, and then we kinda officially got together (as Gilrfriend and boyfriend) on the 25th - and now were not sure what to count as the start date of our relationship! What do you guys think? Don't worry we aren't taking it too seriously -we'll probably decided based on majority vote unless someone gives a really good answer! Ha ha

I'd take the official "got together" date... before that you were just dating!

Well to tell you the truth, it's whenever YOU think it is. For instance, my boyfriend and I met and just kind of fell into a relationship months later, although we were going out on dates and never had the TALK until much later. We don't have an anniversary! It's kind of funny because people ask how long we've been together and we have like NO start date. :) Makes it kind of fun. We've known eachother for like 3 years now.

i had the same argument with my other half we met on the 27th Oct 04 and officially got together about 3 days later he classes this as our anniversary but i class our actual offical relationship date as our anniversay but hey ho i gave into my man cos i love him so much so our anniversary is the 27th Oct. ahhhhhhh

Hope you guys can decide on a date i would personally say you can have both one for the offical boyfriend and girlfriend status and one for your first date little pressies on both ohhh why didn't i think of that damn it!!!!
