My son has. This upsets me greatly. I can understand if I were dead, or a criminal or drug addict or something, but I'm not. I want to be with my son every day, but my ex-girlfriend just made up a bunch of lies and took him. Has anyone grown up with an experience like that? Has anyone had a father that they loved but was withheld from him because of their mothers bitterness and manipulative nature?

So let me get this straight, your son is 4 and his mom, who took him from you (and you are his dad) has slept with more guys than you (his dad) have been alive? So like 20-30?
You have a right to see him you know, take her to court, and fight for custody if you want. If you can prove she's providing an unfit environment and you can do better, you could get him. You'll have to fight, and fight hard, but if the lies she made up can't be proven, you're good.

yes - my step children's mother is like that! We call her "SKIPPY" (like the peanut butter...because she spreads easy!!) Unfortunately she tries to push every new guy on them (9 in past 4 years alone!)...& tells the kids it will be differant this time...right...she has 3 kids by 3 differant men & 2 divorces due to getting pregnant by men other then the man she was married to at the time...she is a PIG!
