Have you tried to go for joint custody? That may be a way of being able to see your daughter more often.

I see this happening time and time again. The ex-wife using the kids to hurt the father. It's completely unfair on both the kids and the father. How old is your daughter? If she is of an age - quote - 'to be of sufficient understanding' she can actually speak for herself in court. This is generally considered to be 12. Get yourself the Which guide to family law, or maybe its the which guide to divorce. I helped a friend thru this book. It makes my blood boil because as you know you can go to every court in the land but if the mother wants to play hell with you there's not a lot you can do about it. My (now dead) son had a father who beat me up when I was 5 months pregnant but I had to forget that as long as he was a good dad and saw his son regularly. I couldn't fault him on that. I wish other mothers made the childs happiness a priority.

Youve been to court, and if things were as simple as you say it was you would of been granted more visiting time or joint custody.

youve done something and youve decided not to say.

so stop with the self-pitty, cause anyone with half a brain would see your probably just like 36% of fathers ..... a waste of space.

a child belongs with someone who is loyal, trustworthy and someone that can care, love and provide.....

and yeah so what, im guna get "booed" but u can fool, a fool!

The best way is through the courts...but you could try to explain to your EX that even though she apparently hates you...you are still DADDY to your daughter.

If its been through the courts all you can do is apply for a variation of the order, your solicitor should help you do this, but it would mean first going to mediation etc

Just try to talk to your ex about and ask her nicely if you can see your daughter more often than you have been.
