I'm from the UK And I've wanted to move to the states for a long time. I'm 18 so fairly young. But I've started to get the impression it's incredibly hard to move to the US especially if i'm young. Unless I have Family over there.

What could I do to immigrate there. I'm Not very qualified (didnt go to Universtity) But I am doing an engineering aprentiship at the moment so I will have some specialised training.

How could I go about moving to america?

I thing you would be better off migrating to Australia or New Zealand or even Canada. If you want to live in a future 2nd world country be my guest. You are young and must think of whats best for your future children

Hey, glad to know you want to move to the USA! Don't listen to that guy who said it's going to be turned into a 2nd world country. It's just when they here the word "Immigration" they automatically think of Mexicans jumping the border and stealing their jobs. So don't take it personally.

Because of your age, and really no special training, I think it might be hard for you to do, but not impossible. Just be sure to go thru all the proper channels, and eventually, you will win out. Best of luck.
