Side Bangs!?!?

Question

I've had side bangs since the end of September. They were about the length of the begining of my eye. They were cut by a beginer and she cut way too much she cut about 3 inches wide (when I pull them across my face)now they are at the longest point to almost able to stay behind my ear and shortest point their to the center of my eye.

#1: How can I get them grow faster
#2: What are some fun\ easy hairstyles

I don't think you can get them to grow faster..but some hairstyles would be put your hair in one pony tail, or two lower pig tails,. then gather your bangs and clip them with a bobbypin backwards so you have this poof thing. do you know what i'm saying?
