she insists on sleeping at my head to knead and trying to suck on my ear...she doesn't do this to my roommate, what can i do to break her of this.

your kitten is doing this because you're her 'mother' now. give her lots of love throughout the day so she doesn't feel abandoned. trim her claws if that's bothering you. give her a blanket or pillow or stuffed animal that's just hers that she can knead and suck on as much as she wants. then, when she starts to suck on you, you can move her over to the blanket/pillow. don't lock her in another room as another poster suggested--that's just mean and denying her the physical attention she needs right now.

One of my cats still kneads and she is 12 1/2 years old! If I pat her a lot, she doesn't do it as much. Try patting/holding your cat more and playing with her and it might help.

wrap a towel on your head so the smell of your hair is on the towel, slowly put the cat on the towel, they usually knead that instead. your considered the mama so they will knead you when they are in sucky mode.

There really isn't much you can do, but I have some advice.
My parents used to get mad at my cats for doing similar things, so what they did was put a beanbag under their pillows. When the cats got annoying, toss the beanbag at them (making sure to miss), and eventually they will stp doing whatever they do that makes you mad whenever you reach under your pillow.

Keep your cat out of the bedroom so you can get a good night's sleep. Lock her in the bathroom at night or another room if you need to.
