Side Bangs!?!?

Question

I've had side bangs since the end of September. They were about the length of the begining of my eye. They were cut by a beginer and she cut way too much she cut about 3 inches wide (when I pull them across my face)now they are at the longest point to almost able to stay behind my ear and shortest point their to the center of my eye.

#1: How can I get them grow faster
#2: What are some fun\ easy hairstyles

#1: No real way to make them grow faster...
#2: Just look around you so many different ones to chose from and you can just do about anything to your hair now-and-days.
