Do you suck in and measure tight, let your belly go without sucking in and measure loosly, or tight.... or how exactly? I know its right under the rib cage.

I'm 18, and my measurements are 33-27-35 114lbs 5'3... It just seems like i have a thick waist , maybe I didn't measure right or something.

A lot of men kid them self by measuring way to low and also wear their pants with a big belly hanging over their "30"" belt buckle.

Your measurements are positively hot. Still, you shouldn't suck your stomach in or push it out. Just take the measure with your stomach relaxed.

No, you don't suck your stomach in, you just breath normally. Then you measure about an inch above the navel around your natural waistline.

And 27 inches is certianly not a thick waist by any means. I always say a waist measurement of between 24 inches and 28 inches is considered to be ideal for a female.
