The Holy Spirit is most important because we can have all the religion we want to have, and yet not make it into the kingdom of heaven, not without being born of the Holy Spirit.

Spirit!
Religion is just window dressing, an attempt to interpret the rules of spirituality into something concrete and understandable. With varying degrees of success.

Both. The holy spirit acts in harmony with the Christian congregation. When spirt was poured out on Christians in the first century, they did not simply go their own separate ways carrying their belief with them. They needed to keep together and benefit from the oversight of the apostles. We read: “And they continued devoting themselves to the teaching of the apostles and to association together, to taking of meals and to prayers.”—Acts 2:42.
What is important then, is locating the religion upon whom this spirit is operative. Which religion is in complete harmony with the Bible?
