Illegal immigration is a problem. However, the majority of people of Mexican descent in the U.S. were born here, to parents that were either born here or came legally. This makes them Americans. The entire southeast was part of Mexico less than 200 years ago. Do you think the Mexicans that were there at the time just packed up and went south? They've been Americans that long. The Alamo (1836) had more "Mexicans" inside than it did white people.
So going by the legal definition of a Mexican (someone born with Mexican citizenship), there are very few in the U.S. in relation to the total population, even in Cali and Texas. However, people of Hispanic decent, which also including Cubans, Puerto Ricans, Spaniards(who are usually 100% white seeing how they're Europeans), and all other Spanish speaking nationalities, is now the largest minority group in the U.S., having passed blacks a few years ago.
Mexicans will never outnumber Americans.
These immigrants will change us quite a bit, but we will change them more. People say the Mexicans aren't willing to blend, which I do think they are slower to do so. However, how quick to blend do you think the Italians would be if they could simply jump in the car and drive back and forth to Italy. And good lord, those Canadians. They're not willing to give anything up.

At least that's what a pro illegal supporters said.yesterday in a post ..I will not vouch for its validity
Who knows what the future holds ,people that predict such things have often been way off base.No one really knows.

In the latest twist to the demographic transformation of New Orleans since it was swamped by Hurricane Katrina last year, hundreds of babies are being born to Latino immigrant workers, both legal and illegal, who flocked to the city to toil on its reconstruction.
Because many immigrant mothers cannot afford to pay for prenatal care or delivery services, New Orleans’s newest citizens are adding an unexpected load to the decimated health infrastructure in a city abandoned by many of its doctors. Much of the state-financed Charity Hospital system, which before Hurricane Katrina provided the bulk of care to New Orleans’s uninsured and indigent population, remains closed.

Yes, in certain areas such as California and Texas... No offense to Mexicans, but I don't get why they keep on having so much children when they can't afford to feed and clothe them... I think one day, the Mexicans will probably overpopulate, and there will be more Mexicans then Americans in certain states...

Well, if that is the case, they have a long way to go, I think there are about 250 million Native born US citizens, only about 25 million Hispanics (including Native born)... do not be so narrow minded... besides NM, TX, CA, AZ and parts of CO and Utah belonged to Mexico and we stole it from them.

Perhaps Nazilover would prefer that every country had limits on the amount of children one can have. Perhaps he would be better suited to a country such as that.
Then he should recall that no group is indigenous to the US. The Indians were here first, but they are thought to have originally been immigrants who traveled across an ice bridge. We are all descended from immigrants.
