I have had a relationship with this girl for a month now, and she decided to break up with me three days ago. All of the details can be found here: http://in.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20061212072240AAeNghK I only have one more opportunity to see her in class, and that is our final exam on Monday. I left things on a negative note and want to repair them. Should I call her the day before class and tell her that I'm sorry that I asked indirectly for sex and that I would wish that the other person feel the same? I would also tell her that I thought that I moved the relationship way too fast. Should I call her the day before or try to approach her before the final? After that I would not call her for about 2 weeks to a month. It really hurts inside, I'm having problems sleeping, and I'm getting sick. She said she just wants to be friends but I said no, now I want to change. I want her as a friend and then I want to get back together. Thanks everyone.

Why do you want to put yourself back into that situation? She's already stomped all over your heart, and now you want to give her the opportunity to do it again? You were together for a MONTH, not a decade.

And chances are, if you DO get her to reconsider and get back together with you, the relationship will be hell because you'll be jumping through all her little hoops just to keep her happy. Do you really want that?

Sure it hurts, but all things in life have a lesson. Learn yours from this and move on with your life.

If she doesn't want a relationship, don't force her into one. That'll make her lose the little respect she has left for you. Just be friends with her and see how things go. Sure, it's gonna hurt, but you should get over it.
