Why aren't you allowed to date? Is she married? Is she underage and you're older? Are you both kids living with you parents and her parents won't let her date? Are you married? I don't think your question can be properly answered unless you clear up why you are sneaking around to see her.

Leave her favortie type of flowers on her front step with a card with a heart on it. Then when you see her...tell her you love her.
